CasaNexy aims to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Images may be illustrative and minor variations may occur without affecting the essential characteristics of the product. Customers should review the complete offer before ordering.
4. Ordering and contract formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt of the submission alone does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The order may be verified using the contact details provided, and acceptance may occur through confirmation or dispatch. CasaNexy may decline an order where information is incomplete, availability is insufficient, delivery is not possible or there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse.
5. Prices and payment
The price and any additional charges are displayed or communicated before the order is completed. Unless stated otherwise, payment is made at delivery. The customer must pay the confirmed amount using the method available through the courier.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 24–48 hours after processing and confirmation. This estimate may be affected by weekends, public holidays, destination, demand and courier circumstances. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
7. Inspection and problems
Customers should report damaged, incorrect or incomplete deliveries promptly and retain the product and packaging while the request is reviewed.
8. Withdrawal and returns
Eligible consumers may exercise a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and the conditions described on the Right of Withdrawal and Returns and Refunds pages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. CasaNexy is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
