Right of Withdrawal
Information for eligible consumers who wish to withdraw from a distance purchase.
Fourteen-day period
An eligible consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise the right
Before the withdrawal period expires, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to [email protected]. Include your name, contact details, delivery address and sufficient information to identify the order.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, follow the return instructions supplied by customer support. Goods must be returned without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
Reimbursement
Where the withdrawal is valid, eligible payments will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable law. CasaNexy may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or the customer supplies evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply in cases provided by law, including certain customised goods, rapidly deteriorating goods, or sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after opening.
